One day, two guys met at an absinthe tasting. They got, shall we say, loquacious. At some point, deep in the conversation, they realized they both had a burning desire to make really great food. Within a few months Easy Creole was launched.
Easy: The food is simple, quick and delicious.
Creole: French, Spanish, African and Native American food cultures mingled for a few hundred years in Louisiana. The result is Creole cuisine. And then we mingled it some more when it got to SF.
